Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

Hi I am a legal alien that has lived here for 23 years and I would like to know if I could apply for legal papers for my sister who lives in portugal and is divorced, she got divorced 5 years ago and her husband left her with nothing so she and her two daughters had to move in with my mom she's tried to get a job but hasen't been able to do top the fact that there's an age discrimination in that country she is 43 years old and wants to came here but legal and I want to know if there is a way to do that.

You're only eligible to file for your sister if you are a citizen. You might be better off first filing for your mother and then your mother could file for your sister. It takes many years through your family. Your sister might be able to immigrate based on employment faster, depending on her education, experience and skills.
