My boyfriend of 21yrs old has been here 2 years illegally by comming over with people that transfer the immigrants to the US and I am 4 months pregnant we want to know how to or if we could get him legal papers from here with out having to go to his native country of Guatemala.

If your boyfriend came to the US illegally, he could be subject to the 10 year idmissibility ban. You could apply for him to become a permanent resident, but he would have to go back to his country and you would have to submit an inadmissibility waiver showing that it would constitute an extreme hardship for you and your for family for him not to be admitted as a US Permanent Resident.
