Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

Marriage

My fiance lives in the Philippines and we do not know what the easiest way to bring him over here. I am traveling to the Philippines in January 2008 and I did not know whether it would be easier to marry him over there and then bring him back or for us to wait and apply for a fiance visa. We love each other very much as we were together years ago for 10 years, parted our ways and then found one another again. Please help me to know which is the best way to bring him back over again.

Re: Marriage

You probably will not be able to simply go and bring him back with you without going through the proper filing procedures. From what you've written in your question a fiance visa is definitely possible or we can start the immigration process for his green card. I'm located in NJ but can certainly help you with this. If you want to speak to me for 5-10 minutes I'll guide you through the process.
