Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

Hi, I wonder if I there is no way else except marriage I can make my girlfriend from Mexico to live in USA legally with me.

You could either file for her as your fianc�, you wouldn't have to marry her for up to 90 days after she enters the U.S. Or

she could file for an employment based visa - either an employer petitions for her or she self petitions or she could always enter under a student visa.
