overstay in usa for change of status
waiting for applied change of status from B1/b2 to F1 has extended the stay in us. What steps have to be taken to prevent the denel from re-entry USA.

Dear Inquirer:
If you depart the US or if the COS application is denied, you should have copies of any USCIS filing receipts and/or decisions with you when you return to the US or file to extend your visa.
