Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

Hi, i paid $189 for US citizens form online and gave all my personal details such as social security number, alien card number, credit card number on this website i thought that is US immigration web site but turns out i was not when i did not received a receipt for paying US citizenship apply form. i did email to them to ask to cancel and i have to wait to answer but don't know when.

Would you please give me answers that all my personal details as i gave away are in dangerous?

Will that website secured my SS number and all other details of mine?

What should i do to prenvent my details to outside?

No one on this site can answer the questions for you especially if we don't know the name of the website. You should contact the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Bureau and you can find it online and report the website. You do not have to pay for forms go to USCIS.gov where you can download whatever you need for free. That site also lists the fees for every form.
