Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts
I was recently let go from the company I worked at because I asked for a drill to be replaced due to the trucks being broken into.. All other employees received their drills and tools ecept me .. The next day after asking the manager got me the drill and told me to stay laid off so I've been unemployed eversince .. It has been over 6 months and I have asked other employees from the company why won't he bring me back and why did he hire more people? One guy replied the owner is upset you asked for your drill the moment you came back from lay off so he said he's not bringing you back ... Is that wrongful termination after 5 yrs working for him? I also have information about him knowingly hiring immigrants with false documents can I do something about this?

I don't know about the wrongful termination because that depends on your state law, but as far as reporting your employer for hiring illegal immigrants with false documents, you can try ICE's website, http://www.ice.gov/about/contact.htm
