Re: waver

It sounds as though you are in the United States despite two deportations. You are not likely to obtain a waiver based upon a US citizen girlfriend (she would not be a qualifying relative), and depending upon the specifics of your situation you may be permanently barred due to multiple illegal reentries into the United States. You may want to contact an immigration attorney to fully review the specifics of your situation.

Re: waver

Start from the beginning; what were you deported for, and when were you deported? This is important because we need to determine whether a waiver can come to your rescue! An American girlfriend won't help unless we can see if a waiver will allow you to be admitted, and then we can see whether you would be eligible for a fiance visa/ better yet, if you love each other you can get married in Brazil and you may be eligible to consular process based on your wife's approved petition. But first things, first -- why were you deported and when?
