Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

Me and my wife got married in Colorado 4 years ago. I was in the military and finally got her back to the US on a visitors visa. How do I get her to be able to stay in the US with me? Please help me because her visa expires on the 9th and I don't want to lose her again. Thank you!

You'll likely want to apply for her adjustment of status. It will allow her to remain in the US while her green card application is being processed.

You may find more information on the process here:

All sponsorship paperwork can be filed, allowing your wife to continue to remain in the U.S. without interruption and eventually attain citizenship. Additional information is here: www.h1b1.com/Uscitizen.htm

You should apply to the U.S. Immigration Service for a Petition for Alien Relative and Adjustment of Status to Permanent Resident so your wife may live with you and obtain her Green Card. You should use an experienced Immigration lawyer to help you. Our law firm has handled successful Marriage Green Card Petitions before the U.S. Immigration Service. You may contact our law firm for a confidential consultation.

Good luck.
