Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

wife of political assylee

My husband is in a political asylum status (which i am a beneficiary as well) therefore he cannot travel to our home country.

Am i restricted as well in traveling in my home country even though i am not politicaly persecuted in my home country and my husband was the main applicant on the case?

At the time of the merit hearing...this fact can be used detrimentally in adjudicating your husband's application!!
