work permit and ssn

it is possible to get a ssn and work permit being illegal thru and expired visa ? ( visa valid just for 6 months )

It is very unlikely. You can receive work authorization and a social security number if you have an application for adjustment of status (permanent residency) pending (for example, if a US citizen relative, such as a spouse, were to submit a petition on your behalf).
