Legal Question in Insurance Law in Massachusetts

hi im in some trouble with insurance fraud.my buddy crashed my motorcycle,i did'nt know what to do so i called up the place where i got the bike.they told me to come up with a story saying it was a hit and run at a public place.so i did,they did'nt buy it so i got investagated and they told me they did'nt belive me and so i thaught that was it.this happend in 2008,now my buddy got arrested and they asked him about it and he told them it was a lie.so now the insurance frad people came to my house and now im waiting for a letter so i can go to court.i never got in trouble before for anything,i never even been to court and i dont know what to expect.and i live in massachuttes
