Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Massachusetts

A high profile tv personality stole my idea

I faxed a business proposal for a show concept, very descriptive outline, to a tv producer of the highest profile talk show on tv...ever. I think you can probably figure out which one. They told me they liked the ideas but were passing on it. Several months later, with some revisions, they implemented my show concept. I have copies and proof that I created the property and that I offered the property for sale to her. I also still have an open line of communication with her producers, however they are giving me the run-around on sending me an official ''pass'' leter in recognition of their receipt and refusal to buy it.

Sounds interesting. Assuming we document your (c) proof, what would your claim be? Money or injunctive relief?

Unless you're prepared to hire an attorney it's unlikely you'll get anything.
