Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Massachusetts
I own a trademark on a board game, I have some games in storage that where not of the quality that were suitable for sale and should of been destroyed. I have not been able to pay the storage bill. If they auction off the storage can the purchaser sell the games?

As a Franchise Attorney I can only say more information is needed. You're the owner of the trademark, but who is the manufacturer? Another issue is what does your storage contract say about this issue? It may give the storage company the right to sell items in the storage locker. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
