do i have to get drug tested?

i was arrested and put on probation in MA for possesion of a stolen vechile. i was put on probation for 1 year. i moved to NH 3 monthes later. my new probation officer said that he thinks that i smoke pot and he wants to drug test me.he doesnt have a court order and my parents dont want to let him but he said that he will get it court ordered from mass. do i have to get drug tested?

Probation has much lattitude, but not unlimited. There is a probation contract. You need a lawyer when they try to go back to court and address your position.
