Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Massachusetts

My child was in DYS custody and there was an incident a he said she said situation {staff didn't witness) yet it is being used against him in court. Do I have a right to ask to see the report.

I believe that your attorney should ask for copies of any documents of any incident that relate to information good or bad. This would assist you in examining its truth, undertaking an investigation, and being able to present a defense or offense against any accusations.

Otherwise, they can have their cake and eat it.
