Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

I am 62 and have been working for a company for 8 years as their Bookkeeper/Office Manager. In April, the company hired a 38 year old with no bookkeeping experience or office management. Yesterday I was let go with no reason. Is this something that should be pursued?
