Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

Hi I`m @33 i was working for Dominos pizza downtown Boston.My manager always insulted me about my age and he kept telling me u couldn`t be a manager you are still a driver and was putting me in stress and depression.He also keep doing hand jokes to me which i didn`t like.He was touching to my breasts and telling next all of the guys when his birthday i`ll buy him a bra.I was also working as an assistant manager.supervizor Erik told my manager i don`t want him to work as an assistent manager about me.i use to work for this employer for more than 5 years after erik became a supervisor he hired Some American guys who paid more than my money.I was getting $11 per an hour who hired e year ago they began to work $12 an hour.I`m so depressed can i sue to this company or manager.I hav just quit Dominos.If you could help me i really appreciate...Thanks
