Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

My annual managerial bonus was reduced by 50% as a result of receiving a "development needed" rating on my annual evaluation. The bonus plan documentation I receviced said nothing about full payout being contingent upon a certain minumum annual evaluation.

It is likely that payment of the bonus is discretionary. Review the plan documentation and discuss with HR.
