Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

I was awarded back pay with interest from the arbitrator. The school department that is responsible for paying me has refused to pay me back interest. Can they do this?

speak to your attorney, and if not you may have to file with the court asking them to enforce the arbitration award. I assume you interpretation of the award is accurate.
