You describe a classic sexual harassment case. How to deal with it and how to prove it are complex questions that require discussion. Please contact me if you would like to discuss the case or to request a free copy of my newsletter discussing sexual harassment.

Don't resign. How big is the company? If the company has over 5 employees, then the mass sexual harassment statute applies. If there are only 5 or less, there is another statute that applies. Regardless you have a claim is sexual harassment you should make sure you properly complain about it. The law protects you from retaliation if you complain. If you want, please feel free to call to discuss. Bill harrington 617-426-7400.
