bounced payroll check
my payroll check bounced, not for the first time, and I have incurred almost $500 dollars in service charges. is my employer responsible for these charges?

I would absolutely demand that your employer pay the service charges. You may also want to file a complaint for unpaid wages with the Attorney General's office.
