Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

Can I collect umemployment after 10% pay cut

Recently my employer hit its employees with a 10% paycut. This effected all employees except those individual who work in direct labor. Is this legal where it did not effect all employees? My second question is, if this paycut has placed me in a financial hardship to pay day care, will I qualify for unemployment if I need to seak evening employment where daycare would not be needed?

It is legal. Call Unemployment to see if loss of income is sufficient to qualify for unemployment
