Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

Commision retraction

I quit my job last week and now my employer says that they are going to deduct funds from my bank account. They changed their minds about the commision I earned and are now saying that I did not earn it. They knew they were paying me for the commision, they are just mad that I quit. Can they claim that it was a mistake that they were paying me the commision when they specifically told me that they were paying me it so I could earn the extra money? I have ordered the bank to stop payments on all the transactions to and from the company. Is there anything else I can do?
