Company reneged on Job Offer

I accepted an employment offer in writing, and quit my other job. The company I accepted the offer from reneged on the offer. Do I have any legal rights?

You may have a breach of contract claim against the company, but it depends on the exact language of the offer. Without knowing that language, I cannot tell you whether you would have such a claim.

You would have a claim for misrepresentation in that a promise was made to you, you relied on it and you suffered damages (e.;g. resignation of former job) in reliance on promise. See a lawyer.
