Compensation Contract

I just signed a contract as a sales manager for a medical sales device company. 30 days after signing my agreement they changed the compensation. The agreement was specific to salary and % of sales over the course of the calender year. They did this to all the reps. there is much outrage as all have never seen anything like it. I also found out that they had planned to take this action 6 weeks before they offered me my compensation package. The company is based in the midwest but, I live in Ma. What are my options?
