Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts
Confidentiality
My sister works in a bank and now her employer wants them to sign a confidentiality form, which states they can sue the employee and their family. She doesn't want to sign the form because it threatens to sue family members but if she doesn't sign it could she be fired?

Re: Confidentiality
In an at-will employment relationship, the employer may change or alter the terms conditions of employment at any time, for any reaon, or for no reason at all. Unless your sister believes that she is the victim of discrimination, or this new policy itself is determined to be a violation of public policy, then there is little she can do.
