Contracted (temps) rights
I was wondering what rights contracted employees have, especially when it comes to favoritism and termination without real cause. There are a group of contractors who all have been ''let go'' the day after they expressed their knowledge of an inapropriate relationship between a temp and a manager to HR.

The answer depends on the specific facts involved beyond those you have set forth. The answer, depending on those facts, is 'maybe.' What trade/industry is involved? What contracts are involved and what are their terms? Were there even arguable legitimate grounds for firing the contractors? Etc...
