In Ma. how far back does a CORI report investigate?

Also, can I get a copy of my own CORI report?

Thanks

Re: Cori record

Your CORI goes back to the first offense you were charged with, either as an adult, or as a juvenile. There are restrictions on who can see your juvenile record, that are more strict than your adult record.

You can get a copy of your CORI by going to the Taunton Police Department, next to town hall on Main street, and getting a form to fill out. Get your signature on the form notarized, after you fill it out, and mail it to the address indicated on the form. I think there is a nominal charge for the application (like $5). Send it in, and you will get your CORI int he return mail in a few weeks.
