Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

Criminal History and Job Search

I am an unemployed 27 y/o looking to return to work. Unfortunately, I was recently arrested for possesions of marijuana. I admitted to substantial facts and received a continuation without a finding and 6 months probation. Will this appear on my criminal record if/when it is requested by potential employers? Am I required to disclose this information if it is requested on an application or during a job interview? Thanks to all for any advice you can offer.

Re: Criminal History and Job Search

Question may not be on job application. Post offer, employer may request health exam. If drugs detected, you will not get job. Good luck in your job search.
