Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

employment

If an employer tells several people that his employees have AIDS (they do) and calls one of the employees who's last name is hispanic a spic, a cu*t, says that she has a spicish attitude, and the employee has all of this in writing (by way of copies of emails and an email from one of the people the employer disclosed medical conditions to) does the employee have a legal case against the employer?
