fired after auto accident

after months of racial discrimination agaisnt me i was in an auto accident away from work doctor put me in for light duty employer said there was no light duty a month later said there was i was put to wacht over a building after several armed assault were committed there i refused since i was on medication and had a severe back and shoulder injuryi was fired because of this i felt i was in danger at the site i was sent to

If the last act of racial discrimination was within the last 300 days, you can file a claim at the Mass. Commission Against Discrimination. Yoiu can also discuss whether the assignment to watch over a dangerous facility even though you were so injured you couldn't defend yourself, may be disability discrimination because the employer did not make reasonable accommodation for your injury. You should also apply for unemployment-you give the facts and you may receive benefits even though employer will say he fired you for good cause.
