Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

can I be forced to work without a break ?

I run shipping receiving and make deliveries for a small machine shop.

We work a 4 day week. Occasionally I make deliveries through my lunch break. I said I didn't mind so long as I was paid overtime. The owner agreed but later took the OT out of my pay without saying anything. After two weeks of not seeing the time paid for, I refused to work through my lunch. My boss has tried to get me to work through lunch break and leave a half hour earlier.

It has also been suggested I take a later break, it's not always possible. I prefer to break at noon with my co workers. Can he make me work 10 hours without a break ?

Can I be made to take my lunch later in the day ? How should I go about getting my lost overtime pay ?

I have een employed by this company for over 23 years although a new owner took over in september.
