harassment by my employer

what is there that i can do if i feel i am being harassed my the management of the company that i am working for?

It depends on what kind of "harassment" is occuring. In order to be illegal it must be based on your race, gander, age, etc. If not and it is so bad you quit your job, you should still apply for unemployment which will be granted if they agree that any reasonable person would have quit.

You should document everything that has happened and make a formal complaint. Does your company have formal procedures for making complaints of sexual harassment? If so, follow them. If the harasser is someone above you in the company, go to the person above them. Tell them you want a written response to your complaint. Continue to document any adverse actions that occur. If they don't take any action, or if they retaliate against you, file a complaint with the Mass. Commission Against Discrimination.
