Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts
Hr
My company supplies employers with GPS tracking devices for their company vehicles. Employers are able to track all their vehicles from a web based solution on their desktop. An HR manager asked me if an employee could be fired based on this information. Seems to me the employer would have more justification not less. Can you help? Thanks!

Re: Hr
it depends on what the gps reveals, whether the info the gps reveals is a violation of company policy or law, and other factors usually applicable to employee termination decisions. your question simply can't be answered as framed.
