Improper employment questions

I applied for a secretarial position. I indicated that I was terminated from one of my former employment due to an becoming ill. Employer contacted me and begin asking me question referencing my employment dates and then started questioning me referencing my illness. Question asked by employer: (1) How long were you out of work due to your illness, (2) What did the doctor execuse note states,how man days that he had excuse you, (3) How long did it take for you to inform supervisor, (4) Do you have anything stating that you were ill.

Ordinarilly, an employer cannot ask a job applicant questions about her health. Once an offer of a job has been made, the emloyr can require a physical exam of all emloyees who are offered jobs. In your case, you volunteered iformation abut being ill. I would say that you o0pened the door and s/he walked in.
