injuried

I was working for a temp agency when I got injuried on the job. I wasn't able to go in to work for a week, and the temp agency gave the job to someone else. It has been a month such my injury but they haven't found me another job. Do I have any legal recouse

YOuy are an independent contractor and mosrt probably not covered by the discrimination laws. Check with the MA Commission Against Discrimiantnion.
