Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts
i was laid off for my company, due to budget and workforce reduction i was rehired same position at a lower rate.. should i have resumed at my same wage, and vacation accrual standings. or should i have to start all over ???

it sounds odd, and you do not tell us the time span in between.
If this is a prohibited discriminatory act or a violation of an existing agreement, you do not provide sufficient information.
Otherwise, it is a personal choice.
