Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

Is there a law against someone bringing their spouse to work everyday (she is not employed by the company) and then having her delegate his work and read / get involved in company matters? I feel like I am being harrased and so do other employees. The person who brings their spouse happens to be the new leader of the organization, but reports to a board.

There is nothing illegal in the spouse taking the action you describe. The spouse becomes an agent of the employer who would be responsible for her conduct toward employees should she engage in illegal conduct.
