light duty while preganet
my daughter found out she is preganet at her doctors appointment they put her on light duty -25lbs limit on lifting. she is a certified nursing aid. her work place have been giving her a hard time, question why she can smoke but can't lift ect.. she has other aids harrasing her daily, when she want to work today they said they were moving her job to kitchen worker. this job is at alower pay scale and diffent hours to what she was working.can they do this? or is the the result of her makeing a complaint about the harrassmnt from other aids about her light duty.the aids have made comments like her light duty is f--ing bull other girls work while pregenat ect.. the supervisor has said the comment about the smoking and that other girls have worked the for years and that her light duty is iunfair to them. thanks for your help.

Your daughter has claims for disability and pregnancy discrimination. She should contact the MA Commission Against Discrimination or an attorney.
