Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts
I live in.Massachusetts and work in retail. I am a store manager that's paid salary. Were required to work a minimum of 44 hours a week I average about 50 however only get paid for 40 hours. I do not get overtime over 40 or time and a half for holidays or Sundays. I feel according to state law I should be paid overtime please help.

If you are the store manager and oversee at least two full time employees and are paid a salary of at least $450 a week (I am not sure of this figure; this is an estimate), then you exempt from both the federal overtime law, the FSLA, and the Mass. overtime email.
