if you have a non disclosure agreement with your former employer which entailed your submiting your resignation what information can you provide unemployment to ensure that you receive benefits with out breeching the agreement

Unfortunately, you really need to have the agreement reviewed in its entirety in order to adequately sort out the rights and obligations of the parties. You could get written permission (limited waiver of that provision) from your employer in order to apply for unemployment. The circumstances of your termination may preclude your right to collect unemployment, or the agreement itself may dictate whether you are entitled to unemployment benefits.
