as a secretary should you be forced to notarize and unsigned power of attorney

Whatever the job title it is in violation of your duties as a notary to notarize a document thus approving a signature of a person when that person is not present and has not signed.

Remember you took an oath in order to receive your status and you are violating your oath of office.
