Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

overtime

I do a average of 25-30 hours a week for the past 19 years ..and have not collect a dime for overtime!

What is the law in regardings of my case??

I assume that you mean 25-30 hours in overtime. You should gather your paperwork, recent pay stubs, etc., and schedule an appointment with an attorney.

If you are not being paid properly, you may have a wage claim. If you are successful at the conclusion of a trial, an employer will be ordered to pay you three times the wages withheld, plus your costs and attorneys fees.
