Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

For the past few weeks my paychecks and the paychecks of my co-workers have been bouncing. We submitted complaints to the labor board but they said they cannot do anything because a lot of people did so anonymously. Please help me! What can we do!?

There are a variety of options. You can sue your employer and its managers. You can attempt to attach assets of your employer and your employer's managers who are involved in the non-payment violations. You can apply for a criminal complaint for non-payment of wages and possibly for larceny by check.
