Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

Policy and procedure

Within the last week and a half I have received three forms of disciplinary action. On May 15th I was presented with a verbal warning, written warning, and two constructive plans for paper work. This paper work entails writing educational reports about the students. Without first talking to me about the deadlines or due dates my supervisor / asst. principal put a plan into action that affects me after my workday is over. I have been picking up two overtime shifts at the residence where my students live for the last 8 months. I am salaried through the school and my day ends at 4:00 pm. The overtime shifts that I pick up are from 4:00 on. My asst. principal has made the ''decision'' that I am not to work at the residence until my paper work is handed in. She has since refused to give copies to me of my supervision notes after a written request was submitted. Where am I able to go with this? Thank you for your help!

Re: Policy and procedure

You don't say whether you are a teacher in the public or private school system. You do not indicate if you are a member of a union. If you are, you may grieve through the union.
