Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

How do I prove discharge base on Discrimination of Race and Age ?

I was currently discharged from my job and the termination stipulates poor performance but I know it was not that because I have records which indicate my performance was outstanding and even better. I also know I was discharged based on my race and age. As soon as I was terminated a young junior white staff took my place.

I have documents to prove my case but getting a lawyer to take a look at it for representation is not easy. I have file with EEOC/State. Where do I go from here?. If any lawer out there to take a look at my case, please let me know.

There are different ways to prove discrimination. One is to show that you are a member of one or more protected classes and you were treated differently than similarly situated individuals not in the same class(es). You can also show that you were terminated for reasons that amount to pretext (i.e. they lied about your performance being the reason).
