I quit my job on jan 4 as a result of stress and anxiety that was overwhelming

i called unemploymentand asked what my options are they said they would open up my old claim from before i stared this job 5 months previous

i waited 3 weeks and inquired if i was getting it and they said a supervisor held up my checks pending and investigation i waited a week after giving the supervisor a statement

and she said she had to wait for the company responce

i waited the day and she made her decision and put it through and now two weeks later i get a letter from unemployment stating the company is protesting her decision

and a hearing will be set i dont know what to do

1. Get a lawyer.

2. Because the employer is appealing the decision, there will be a hearing.
