Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts
racial discrimination
Myself and two coworkers were
charged with a violation for the same
act at our work. I had recently been
accepted into the management
training program. Due to the
violation I was removed from the
training program. My co-worker, who
is the same sex as me, but a
different race, then got promoted
into the program and then
immediately got a management
position. The company rules say that
anyone with this violation cannot be
in the training program or promoted
6 months after the violation. What
can I do? Do I have a case? what is
the best way to prove it?

Re: racial discrimination
It sounds like you may have a case for racial discrimination. I would be happy to speak to you regarding this matter. Please be advised, that if I take your case, it would be on a contingency basis (meaning I only get paid if you get any money.)
