relocation
My employer is asking me to relocate with an incentive package and to sign an agreement regarding continuation of employment. If I sign it and subsequently break the agreement, would I...
a) simply lose my job, or
b) could the company sue me?
Basically I need to know if they could take me to court and hold me responsible for financial losses that I gained in the relocation package.

If your employer wants you to sign any agreement, you should always have a lawyer review it for you. I cannot answer your questions without reading the agreement.

This question depends on the agreement. These types of agreements should be reviewed by attorneys anyway - but the answer to your question depends, first and foremost, on the terms of the agreement.

Everything depends on the written agreement you negotiate with your employer. You should spell out whether or not moving expenses are recoferable if you leave, after how long? mYou should also try to negotiate a term of employment, e.g for three years. Also spell out what happens if they fire you after your move - get severance in an amount accedptable to you.
